Who are we?
The Retired Staff Association (RSA) brings together former employees of the CAA, NATS and HIAL, along with their spouses or partners.
With over 2,000 members, the Association exists to help former colleagues stay in touch, share news and take part in social activities, while also representing members’ interests in pension matters.
The RSA is run entirely by volunteers from within our community.
What we do
Our Branches across the UK organise a range of activities including meetings, talks, lunches, walks and seasonal events.
These provide opportunities for members to keep in contact and remain involved with the wider RSA community.
Each Branch holds an Annual General Meeting where members can contribute to discussions and help shape future activities.
A National AGM is held each year as part of a Gala Weekend at locations around the UK.

The AGM provides an opportunity for members to discuss and vote on the Association’s activities and organisation.
The weekend also includes a gala dinner and social events, with details varying depending on the location.
