Welcome to the CAA/NATS Retired Staff Association
Life, Connections & Leisure after CAA, NATS or HIAL
Who are we?
The Retired Staff Association (RSA) welcomes anyone who has previously left, retired or is intending to retire from the CAA, NATS or HIAL together with their spouses or partners. With over 4,000 members, the RSA’s main aims are to facilitate communications and social activities between former colleagues and to represent their interests in pensions matters.
The RSA does not employ any staff and is run entirely by volunteers from within our community.
What we do
Our Branches around the UK hold regular meetings and organise various events including lectures, lunches, walks and seasonal outings. Each Branch will hold an AGM allowing members to debate and vote on Branch activities and elect a Committee for the following year to manage these activities.
A National AGM is combined with a Gala Weekend and is held each Springtime. This event is held at attractive locations around the UK.
Activities include:
A formal meeting that encourages members to debate and vote on the RSA aims, activities and its organisation.
An informal gala dinner with entertainment and additional social activities depending on location.
